- Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 7–14 business days depending on complexity.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery & Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
- Delivery will be made via trusted couriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.
5. Returns – Strict Condition
We accept returns only under the following condition:
📸 You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.
- The video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, product being opened, and the damage or issue.
- Without an unboxing video, no returns, refunds, or replacements will be accepted under any circumstances.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If the item received is damaged, incorrect, or defective:
- Share the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
- After verification, we will process a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. rormasterpieces is not responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong or incomplete information.
